We first started providing financial advice in Orkney in 2010 with our former Practice Principal, Gregor Howitt.  The company has always been very dedicated to the local community and renaming the business as Latitude Wealth Management aims to reflect our commitment to all our clients, across all locations. Our Directors Billy & Diane live and work in Kirkwall and are invested in the success of the local community.

Over the years, our reputation has spread the Orkney way, through conversations and referrals. We have grown our network of professional connections, working closely with local solicitors and accountants. These connections help enhance the service we provide. From supporting farmers, crofters and fishermen, to helping small business owners, tradespeople, public sector workers and those in tourism, we’ve tailored our advice and Practice ethos to fit the needs and demands of island life.

Today, we’re proud to have a dedicated local team that continues to expand. Our two Mortgage advisers, Lorna and John, offer mortgage advice directly to our clients and their families, helping them secure the right home and mortgage arrangement, something that we believe is invaluable in Orkney.  

The Practice Support Specialists keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and support Billy with all matters of client servicing.

We understand that travelling to our Kirkwall office can be challenging for clients in the isles, which is why Billy regularly makes home visits, providing personal support to our existing clients and building new relationships across the whole community.

Located in Opes House on Great Western Road, our spacious, welcoming office is tucked away from the often congested town centre. This reflects our dedication to the Orkney community, offering easy access and convenient private parking for all our clients.
